Χειριστήριο ασύρματης τηλεγραφίας με μεταλλική βάση και εξαρτήματα χρωμιωμένα. Η λαβή του βραχίονα είναι πλαστική.Το χειριστήριο τηλεγραφίας Speed-X κατασκευάστηκε πρώτη φορά από την εταιρία Electro Manufacturing Co. στο Φρέσνο της Καλιφόρνια μάλλον στα μέσα της δεκαετίας 1920. το 1934 ο Stewart Johnson αγόρασε την Speed-X name και μετέφερε την εταιρία στο Σαν Φρανσίσκο αλλάζοντας το όνομά της σε Speed-X Radio Manufacturing Company. Ο Les Logan αγόρασε την εταιρία το 1937. Η εταιρία E. F. Wireless telegraph key on a metal base with chromed fittings. The support is fitted with a plastic handle. The telegraph key Speed-X was first manufactured by Electro Manufacturing Company in Fresno, California, probably in the mid-1920s. In 1934, Stewart Johnson bought off SPeed-X name and transferred it to San Francisco, changing the name to Speed-X Radio Manufacturing Company. Les Logan bought off the company in 1937. E.F Johnson Company from Minnesota was the last manufacturer to own the name Speed-X since 1947, continuing the production of same telegraph key models. E.F. Johnson modernised the keys by making their handles plastic, replacing nickel with chrome and increasing their weight so that they would be steadier during use. (EN)
