Description

Μηχανή προπληρωμένων ταχυδρομικών τελών για τις ανάγκες αλληλογραφίας εταιριών. Καθώς παλιότερα η ταχυδρομική αλληλογραφία ήταν η κυρίαρχη μορφή επικοινωνίας, η μηχανή έδινε την δυνατότητα εκτύπωσης σφραγίδας -αντί γραμματοσήμου- σε συγκεκριμένο αριθμό επιστολών ανάλογα με το προπληρωμένο τέλος, χωρίς να απαιτείται η επίσκεψη στο ταχυδρομείο. Prepaid postage machine for company mailing needs. As postal mail used to be the predominant form of communication, the machine made it possible to print a stamp - instead of a postage stamp - on a certain number of letters according to the prepaid fee, without the need to visit the post office.
