ΒΙΟΜΗΧΑΝΙΚΗ ΕΓΚΑΤΑΣΤΑΣΗ- Το αρχικό κτηριακό συγκρότημα της C.A.I.R έχει εγκαταλειφθεί και η εταιρεία έχει μεταφερθεί στην περιοχή Τσαϊρι επί της λεωφόρου Ρόδου – Λίνδου. Το συγκρότημα οργανώνεται γύρω από τον αύλειο χώρο και το κεντρικό κτήριο χαρακτηρίζεται από μια επιμήκη στοά με τοξωτά ανοίγματα. Συνδυάζει Ιπποτική αρχιτεκτονική με αραβουργήματα και αποτελεί χαρακτηριστικό παράδειγμα της αποικιακής αρχιτεκτονικής. Τα σημάδια της εγκατάλειψης και του χρόνου είναι εμφανή. (EL)
INDUSTRIAL FACILITY- The original building complex of C.A.I.R has been abandoned and the company has been moved to the Tsairi area on Rhodes - Lindos Avenue. The complex is organized around the courtyard and the central building is characterized by an elongated portico with arched openings. It combines Knightly architecture with Arabic works and is a typical example of colonial architecture. The signs of abandonment and time are evident. (EN)
