ΒΙΟΜΗΧΑΝΙΚΗ ΕΓΚΑΤΑΣΤΑΣΗ- Διώροφο πετρόκτιστο κτίριο με εσωτερική σκάλα και επίπεδο δώμα. Η επικάλυψη είναι από οπλισμένο σκυρόδεμα. Στο ισόγειό του λειτουργούσε από το 1915 τσαγκαράδικο. Ο Χριστοφής Κορωναίος ήταν από τους πιο παραγωγικούς μαστόρους της εποχής και ίσως ο σημαντικότερος. Κατασκεύαζε παπούτσια κατά παραγγελία αλλά είχε πάντα και παρακαταθήκη. Στο μαγαζί του είχε τέσσερις βοηθούς «καλφάδες», αυτός έκοβε τα δέρματα και οι βοηθοί έκαναν τα τελειώματα. Κατασκεύαζε ανδρικά, γυναικεία, παιδικά, αρβύλες και «γεμενιά» που ήταν παπούτσια των βοσκών. Λειτουργούσε μέχρι το ΄60. (EL)
INDUSTRIAL FACILITY- Two-storey stone building with internal staircase and flat roof. The covering is made of reinforced concrete. On its ground floor, a shoe store operated from 1915. Christofis Koroneos was one of the most productive craftsmen of the time and perhaps the most important. He made shoes to order but always had a backlog. In his shop he had four "journeymen" assistants, he cut the hides and the assistants did the finishing. He made men's, women's, children's, combat boots and "gemenia" which were shepherds' shoes. It operated until the 1960s. (EN)
