Ο Δημ. Κων. Δούκας ενημερώνει τον Μοίραρχο και τον Αναστασίου ότι πολλοί κάτοικοι του δήμου Υπάτης εγκατέλειψαν φοβισμένοι τα σπίτια τους λόγω των φημών περί επικείμενης τουρκικής επίθεσης και ότι περιοδεύει σε διάφορες περιοχές προσπαθώντας να τους καθησυχάσει.
