Ο Μ[ιχαήλ] Σ[ούτσος] θεωρεί κατάλληλη στιγμή ο Καραϊσκάκης να ζητήσει τη σύγκληση κυβέρνησης σε τρίτο μέρος και να συμβιβασθούν από τον Κωλέττη οι πληρεξούσιοι Αίγινας και Ερμιόνης. Ενημερώνει τον παραλήπτη ότι έχει πολλούς εχθρούς στην Ερμιόνη, οι οποίοι τον κατηγορούν ότι βρίσκεται στο πλευρό των πληρεξουσίων της Αίγινας.
