Ο Θ. Γρίβας ενημερώνει τη Διοικητική Επιτροπή ότι θα διενεργήσει επιθεώρηση στους κόλπους των υπό τη διεύθυνσή του στρατιωτών, προκειμένου να εντοπίσει και να τιμωρήσει τόσο τους οπλαρχηγούς που σφετερίστηκαν τα χρήματα που προορίζονταν για την κάλυψη των αναγκών ολόκληρου του στρατεύματος όσο και τους πολίτες που παρείσφρυσαν παράνομα στο σώμα των στρατιωτικών.
