Ο Μ. Σούτσος ενημερώνει τη Διοικητική Επιτροπή ότι η αποστολή του στην Αθήνα είχε αίσιο τέλος. Αναφέρει ότι η Δημογεροντία είναι υπέρ των Συνταγματικών των Μεγάρων, καθώς και ο αντιπρόσωπος της Πύλης, δεν μπορεί όμως να πράξει τίποτε άλλο από το να παραβλέπει τη δίοδο των συνταγματικών στρατευμάτων και πολεμοφοδίων από την Αττική και προτείνει συνεννόηση με τον Ομέρ πασά.
