Η πλατεία Ναπολέοντος Ζέρβα βρίσκεται επί της περιφερειακής οδού της Άρτας, απέναντι από τον Δημοτικό Χώρο Στάθμευσης. Καταλαμβάνει τον τριγωνικό χώρο που διαμορφώνεται από την περιφερειακή οδό και την καμπύλη πορεία της οδού Κρυστάλλη. Είναι πλακόστρωτη με μικρά τμήματα πρασίνου, κατά τόπους και δέντρα.
Η πλατεία πήρε το όνομά της από τον στρατιωτικό και πολιτικό, Ναπολέοντα Ζέρβα, γνωστό ως αρχηγό του Ε.Δ.Ε.Σ. Το άγαλμά του, πάνω σε ψηλή μαρμάρινη βάση, είναι ένας ορειχάλκινος ανδριάντας που κατευθύνει το σώμα και το υψωμένο αριστερό του χέρι προς τον ορεινό όγκο των Τζουμέρκων, όπου έλαβαν χώρα οι περισσότερες μάχες. Το όνομα του εικονιζόμενου και η ιδιότητά του αναφέρεται σε μεγαλογράμματη επιγραφή στην όψη του βάθρου.
Περιμετρικά του δυτικού ορίου της πλατείας έχουν τοποθετηθεί αναθηματικές στήλες που η κάθε μια αναφέρει και μία από της σημαντικές μάχες του στρατηγού

Napoleon Zervas Square lies on the Arta peripheral road, opposite the Municipal Parking Lot, occupying the triangular space formed by the peripheral road and the Krystalli Street's curved part. The paved square has small sections of greenery and trees.
The square was named after the military officer and politician Napoleon Zervas, known as the leader of E.D.E.S.
His bronze statue stands on a high marble base, whose body and raised left hand are directed towards the mountain range of Tzoumerka, where most of the battles took place.
The name and rank of the person portrayed are written in a capital letter inscription on the pedestal's front.
Perimetric columns have been placed around the western border of the square. Each one mentions one of the General's important battles.
