Dieser Prozess demonstriert die Herstellung von Jacquard-Seidenstoffen. Jacquard-Stoffe sind alle Arten von Stoffen mit einem Muster, das direkt in das Material eingewebt ist, anstatt darauf gestickt, gedruckt oder gestanzt zu werden. Jacquard kann aus einer Vielzahl unterschiedlicher Fasern hergestellt werden. Diese reichen von natürlicher Baumwolle und Seide bis hin zu synthetischen Fasern wie Polyester. (DE)
This process demonstrates the manufacturing of silk Jacquard fabrics. Jacquard fabrics are any type of fabric with a pattern that is woven directly into the material, rather than being embroidered, printed, or stamped on top of it. Jacquard can be made from a variety of different fibres. These range from natural cotton and silk to synthetic fibres such as polyester. (EN)
