Σε γαλάζιο βάθος εικονίζεται ως την οσφύ η Παναγία Βρεφοκρατούσα, στον τύπο της Οδηγήτριας. Αριστερά και δεξιά της Θεοτόκου παριστάνονται, σε μικρότερη κλίμακα, οι άγιοι Γεώργιος και Νικόλαος. Η παράσταση πλαισιώνεται από μαύρη και κόκκινη ταινία. Εκτεταμένες φθορές στις παρυφές της εικόνας. (EL)
