Η καλλιτέχνιδα πραγματοποιεί μια σειρά μελετών για χέρια σε διάφορες παραλλαγές, επιδιώκοντας να μελετήσει και να αποδώσει την κίνηση και την εκφραστικότητα των χεριών, ένα από τα πιο δύσκολα στοιχεία της ζωγραφικής.Υπογεγραμμένο με ημερομηνία, σημείωση: "διστακτικό απλώνεται να σφίξει το χέρι του άλλου". Hand study. On both sides of the sheet there are drawings of similar patterns.
