Συμπληρώνει ότι η Ιταλία και η Αυστρία δέχονται αιτήσεις από Ρουμανίζοντες και Κουτσοβλάχους να αποδοθεί η Κορυτσά στην Αλβανία. Σε ερώτηση σχετικά με τη δημιουργία ουδέτερης ζώνης, του διαβίβασε εμπιστευτικά τις ανάγκες της Ελληνικής κυβέρνησης για μια μεθοριακή γραμμή που θα περιλαμβάνει τη Μοσχόπολη. το Αργυρόκαστρο και τη Πρεμετή.
