Αναφέρεται στη συνάντηση που είχε με τον Γιοβάνοβιτς, ο οποίος είπε ότι η Ελληνική Κυβέρνηση είναι ελεύθερη να εκλέξει τον τρόπο να ατονήσει το πρωτόκολλο των μειονοτήτων. Προσθέτει επίσης, ότι είναι δικαίωμα της Εθνοσυνέλευσης να απορρίψει το πρωτόκολλο, αφού η Ελλάδα υπέγραψε τη Συνθήκη των μειονοτήτων. (EL)
