Νεγρεπόντη, με την οποία αναφέρει ότι εξέδωσε την εφημερίδα κατόπιν κοινής μετά του Περικλή Αργρόπουλου απόφασης και ζητεί να του καταβληθεί αποζημίωση για τις ζημιές που προξενήθηκαν στην εφημερίδα από επίθεση αξιωματικών την 17η Ιουνίου.
