Αναφέρει ότι ο παγετός κατέστρεψε την παραγωγή με αποτέλεσμα την οικονομική κρίση και τη δυσφορία των γεωργών, οι οποίοι φαίνονται ευάλωτοι στη δημαγωγία. Ζητεί να φροντίσει η κυβέρνηση για την αποζημίωση τους. Αναφέρει επίσης ότι η ανεργία εμφανίζεται κυρίως στα αστικά κέντρα του νομού ενώ δεν παρατηρείται αξιόλογη κομμουνιστική κίνηση στα πλαίσια του νομού. (EL)
