Institution : George Zongolopoulos Foundation
The collection of the George Zongolopoulos Foundation was established in 2004, the year in which the sculptor George Zongolopoulos founded the homonymous organization in which he bequeathed his work. The collection contains all of the sculptures and paintings of the artist, and part of the pictorial work of the sculptor's wife, Helen Paschalidou - Zongolopoulou. Through the digital collection that has been developed in 2015 users can online search for works of the internationally recognized Greek artist George Zongolopoulos who belongs to the famous Generation of the 30s and is one of the pioneers of modernism.
