Το κύπελλο, που προέρχεται από το “χρυσοφόρο” τάφο 3 της Περιστεριάς, έχει σχήμα που ανήκει στην κατηγορία ‘Keftiu’ και μια μεσαία ανάγλυφη ζώνη και ατέρμονες σπείρες που καλύπτουν ολόκληρη την επιφάνεια του. Ο πυθμένας εμφανίζει ομόκεντρους κύκλους και το σπάνιο στοιχείο μιας κεντρικής στρογγυλής οπής.

The cup, found in the “golden-bearing” tomb 3 at Peristeria, belongs to the “Keftiu”/ Vafeiou type based on its shape. It is decorated with a zone in relief in the middle of its zone and with spiral motives which cover its entire surface. The bottom bears concentrical circles and the rare element of a central round hole.
