Ελληνιστική λάγυνος από τις ανασκαφές στον τύμβο της Τσοπάνη Ράχης. Το σχήμα της είναι ιδιαίτερα ραδινό, με ψηλή λαβή, σχεδόν γωνιώδη. Στη λευκή επιφάνεια του αγγείου, γύρω από τον ώμο, αναπτύσσεται με ερυθρωπή βαφή, το διακοσμητικό μοτίβο που συνίσταται σε γιρλάντες από φύλλα που στερεώνονται σε τακτά χρονικά διαστήματα με κορδέλες δεμένες σε κάποια υποθετική οροφή. Η βάση του λαιμού και το κάτω μέρος του αγγείου διακοσμούνται με ταινίες από το ίδιο χρώμα. (EL)
Hellenistic lagynos from Tsopani Rachi. Its shape is particularly smooth, with tall handle, almost forming a corner. On the white surface of the vessel, around the shoulder, is depicted in red-brownish pigment the decoratibe motif which consists of garlands made of leaves which are fastened at intervals with ribbons tied on to a hypothetical ceiling. The base of the neck and the lower part of the vessel are decorated with bands painted in the same colour. (EN)
