Συγκρίνει τη δασμολογική διαφορά μεταξύ σίτου και αλεύρων πριν και μετά την κατάθεση του νομοσχεδίου "περί δύο ποιοτήτων άρτου" της 1ης Μαρτίου 1927. Παρατηρεί ότι με το νέο νομοσχέδιο καθίσταται ασύμφορη η εισαγωγή αλεύρων και προτείνει αναπροσαρμογή της δασμολογίας. (EL)
